Mums Finding Chrissie Presents for their Partners
It is coming up fast. Christmas is so very close. It's that time of year for everyone to freak out and worry about their Christmas presents.
My wife is already asking me what I want. They always do. The common response is "I dunno, whatever". Where really I should be saying "Golf Clubs" or "Tools".
Mums often get it right anyway. A set of cooking spices went down well last year. My wife can get me that again if she wants. Perhaps something more inventive, like a hand crafted windmill that is a working scale model. Yeah! That would look awesome on my desk. But even though mums will ask their partners, they pretty much already know.
Dad's sometimes just would rather worry about something else. Hell, Christmas shopping is a bloody nightmare. We really don't want to think about it yet.
So Mums are still wondering what to get their kid's dad for Christmas, even though they actually already know.
There are so many things though. I wrote a list of 15 Gift Ideas for Dad this Xmas, but really, it's not just about the gifts Mums, it's about Christmas with your family.
Your growing family, like mine. My boy will be celebrating his very first Christmas this year. If anything I want, it is something homemade that my boy and wife have put together.
Even it is finger painting portraits, I could think of nothing better to stick up on my office wall!
So mums, stuck for gift ideas? Do something homemade and simple.
It's cost effective too!! Can't complain about that!
What you CAN expect though is to have a partner that will be stoked with his pressie, but you'll end up getting something dumb like fuzzy slippers that look like Kermit the frog.
Us dads are a bit special that way :-)
