New Jersey Police Pepper Spray Suspect in Mouth

With video equipment being so accessible these days, especially via mobile phones, incidents like the one below are seen more and more.

Google, which has a citizen journalism news feed, posts videos from users that they find interesting.

This particular video shows a man being arrested and eventually being sprayed in the mouth with pepper spray.

According to the Google post:

The Paterson, New Jersey Police Department and county prosecutors have reportedly begun investigating a police officer caught on video apparently spraying pepper spray into the mouth of a suspect who was already in handcuffs and on the ground.
The woman who shot the video tells WABC-TV police believed the suspect had drugs in his mouth, so one of the officers went back to his patrol car to get the mace. In her video, police appear to spray the man starting at 1:03.
