Instant Upload is a method to share photos and videos to private albums Google+ allows you to create. You would then share the albums or individual content pieces with a person or a Circle, depending on your choice.
One of the things I like about Facebook is the ability to have my images kept in one place - however if Google rolls in its Picasa features into this interface, it will certainly make organizing photos and albums easier...
Sparks are a way of sharing things you are interested in, by clicking on the Add Interest button. Sort of like Facebook’s “Like” button - perhaps this will also create a Pinterest-like wall of interests? Just saying...
I’m very interested to see how this plays out, alongside all of our shared interests we tend to put on the “other network.”
Huddle is a way of taking people and dragging them into a group-chat. Simply begin or accept a chat, and drag people from your Circles or individually in to share.
However this pans out, as a heavy Google user, I am certainly looking forward to this offering - we’ve all been turning to Facebook and Twitter, and perhaps an additional offering will get more features rolling in these environments, or cause an uptick in innovation...?
