I am really getting to like expressing my feelings over Seesmic. If you are not a member, I strongly recommend going over to www.seesmic.com and signing up (if you still need invites, let me know). Below the video are some links and notes on what I was speaking about.

So Arrington left town for a few days. I’m sure I’ll find things to keep me occupied.

Thanks to TechCrunch’s Michael Arrington for pointing us to “Weekend King,” a San Francisco-made movie, which sounds just delicious from the trailer below. It’s about a repulsive but rich computer programmer named Rupert Coleman from Silicon Valley who buys a bankrupt town in Utah and hopes to become its beloved ruler.

Those concerned about the “Mozilla Stealth Data Project” should really check out the Data snooping discussion on mozilla.dev.planning. I think many who has spent some time on the project found that recent TechCrunch post was more an effort to scaremonger and generate buzz, than anything else.

The press release is alive, no - dead, no - alive again

If you’ve been in public relations for even six months, you’ve most likely noted the demise and rebirth of the press release at least half a dozen times. I think quite a few people fill up their weekly industry column quota by killing off the release.
