After problems like these, iPhoto gives me that unsettling feeling

    http://www.insidesocal.com/ click/ 2008/ 09/ after-problems-like-these-ipho.html

We have a Mac at home, and we have a digital camera, too. Nothing unusual there, right? So we use iPhoto, part of the often-free-with-your-Mac iLife suite, to download and manage our digital photos. OK, Ilene does it.

    Facebook Exporter

    http://www.theaftermac.com/ facebook-exporter/

I must admit I’m a Facebook whore. One of the great time wasters that I’ve come across with. Part of the appeal of Facebook is the ability to share photos. I know that a lot sites do that but it happens that Facebook is the one I like now. It’s so much of a hassle to upload pics via the web interface.

    Remove Blemishes Using iPhoto

    http://www.mactipper.com/ 2008/ 09/ remove-blemishes-using-iphoto.html

If you took a picture and some small details got in there that you didn't want, it's possible to remove them using iPhoto. Say what? A feature that I discovered in iPhoto relatively recently is the retouch tool. The retouch tool allows you to remove small blemishes from your pictures.

    Date-shifting in iPhoto ‘08

    http://joemaller.com/ 2008/ 09/ 23/ date-shifting-in-iphoto-08/

I get a lot of requests to add date-shifting support for iPhoto 08 to my iPhoto AppleScripts. But in most cases, the scripts would be completely unnecessary, iPhoto finally built this feature into the application. Here’s how to use it.

    Importing Canon camera images

    http://www.tongfamily.com/ 2008/ 09/ importing-canon-camera-images/

Canon’s are quite different from Nikon. Nikons just appear as hard drives on your computer, but Canon doesn’t allow it. Instead, you have to either install their shovelware to import or get a card reader for their CF cards. If you have a Mac, then iPhoto knows how to read them too, so you can import them.

Make A Thumbnail Poster In iPhoto - TWIP

    http://twipphoto.com/ archives/ 1075

Photo by Scott Bourne One of the joys of iPhoto is the ability to extend its reach with Apple Automator. Automator is a program that adds macro-like functionality to your Mac. Automatorworld, a website full of cool Automator scripts features one by Jim Heid that I really like. It’s called Thumbnail Poster 1.2.

    http://azlan.anilezfa.com/ edit-picture-with-preview-on-mac

Previous post, i wrote about convert image file and view multiple photo using application Preview on mac, but actually you can do more stuff using Preview. If you want to make a simple edit like Crop, Adjust Color, Adjust size picture or add rectangle, no need to buy Photoshop or Aperture. Enough with Preview.
