Tremendous Loss for All of Us
http://abusesanctuary.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ tremendous-loss-for-all-of-us.htmlAny reader of this blog knows the brilliant writing of Kathy Krajco. I have used her writings her many times - and will do so in the future. She & I often traded emails as we both had being the child of a narcissist in common. Kathy had a common sense style of writing that was insightful and illuminating.

Lucas Gone Round the Bend
http://www.anwyn.com/ 2008/ 05/ 16/ lucas-gone-round-the-bend/Well, all right, he was round the bend when Episode I was made, but now he’s so far gone I can’t even see him any more: Shia LeBeouf as the new Indy, with Harrison Ford coming back as the elder statesman a la Connery. “I haven’t even told Steven or Harrison this,” he said.

http://jcarrot.org/ jews-bring-food-tips-for-feeding-grieving-friends/I’m an avid cook, but I think in the past three months I’ve probably made a total of four meals. Menu planning, grocery shopping, and cooking elaborate meals—all activities I love—have been out of the question since March, when my mother was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer.

Greed….
http://amberfireinus.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 16/ greed/I can’t believe how death and money brings out the greed in people. The sense of entitlement to a person’s estate is beyond my comprehension. Just what is it that anyone ever did to earn the money of their parents, or grandparents? Why should they feel like it is their RIGHT to inherit anything?

Life after Denni
http://fuswisdom.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ life-after-denni.htmlIts just back to the three of us again. Its life after Denni. Its strange. Its weird . Denni's presence is very much felt in the house. Her ashes are still in the house. I couldnt bear the thought of scattering it in the sea yet. Strangely enough, I feel comforted by the fact that she is still in the house and is keeping her babies company.

You all will have to stick with me over the next little bit…I’ll be reminiscing a lot as we approach the second “Celebrate Gus Day” which is on May 31st. I am really, really missing this little guy.
