One can only wonder why ;)) ~ Al Walentis Wednesday, November 26, 2008 Joe the Plumber could take some pointers in self-promotion from Jon and Kate Gosselin I bet you’ve been asking yourself, I wonder what Joe the Plumber is up to these days.

Proctor and Gamble are certifiably loony tunes (or complete and utter dumb asses) with their choice in a spokesperson, and are once again a perfect example of what the bottom line is with many corporations ~ money. While I know that that last statement is a big ass DUH!, there are many corporations, American and otherwise, that ARE socially conscious and responsible.

Really Cindy? Let me get this straight here. The FBI asks you for little Caylee’s hair brush and instead of giving it to them, you give them Casey’s? What was up, Cindy? Too stressed to walk the extra feet to get them what they asked for?

Be thankful…..be very, very thankful that I have no TIVO or DV-whatever for recording purposes. I was forced to watch the Yard Sale episode TWICE in order to do this recap. The first draft, after the first viewing was a novel. Lucky you! Because I decided this episode can be summed up in three words- WTF? Kate mentions having a yard sale every year, over and over.

******UPDATE~ I have been corrected (thank you)~ it was not at an amusement park, but a 4th of July parade. Recently I saw the episode of Jon and Kate Plus Eight documenting parts of their lives pre-sextuplets. In one scene it showed Jon and Kate with the twins at, I believe, Disney (if not Disney proper, it was a type of amusement park like Disney).

This child has inspired me like no other child in recent history (besides my own). When I first blogged about Brendan a couple of weeks ago, his story, his intelligence and his soul affected me in ways that are hard to articulate. The lessons that he reiterated to me and the world are deep and thankfully will be long lasting.

The latest from the National Enquirer which is a rag tabloid magazine unless, of course, it shows the Gosselins in a positive light. Then it seems to be A-OK. Curious, isn’t it? CLICK TO ENLARGE

From the Rise and Whine (sounds like Kate, doesn’t it……rise and whine?) blog (http://high-five.net/?p=421) Jon and Kate (minus their eight) When my friends told me Jon and Kate Gosselin were coming to their church last weekend in Waynesburg, PA, I was PSYCHED at the chance to see them.
