Prozac and depression
http://throughthicknthin.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ so-i-havent-been-blogging-much.…So I haven't been blogging much. I haven't had much to say. I'm depressed. There I said it. I admitted it yesterday and asked for help. I called my PCP to make an appointment. She was booked this week on on vacation next week. However, she did call me back and offered to prescribe Prozac.

As I wrote previously, I was horrified to see that I was up to 140 pounds at my weigh-in last night but also felt that it wasn’t a truly accurate number for a variety of reasons.

Semi Annual Numbers
http://attraversiamo.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 20/ semi-annual-numbers/So I weighed in tonight and I’m very much not happy. My weight is 140.4 but I am putting a huge asterisk next to it for two reasons: I usually weigh at 6:00 in the morning. This time, it was 6:00 at night. Plugging along - as usual
http://fitgirl4life.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 21/ plugging-along-as-usual/The title of this post just about says it all. I weighed in the other day and was at 170.2 - the 160s are so tantalizingly close! Soon I will have lost 20 pounds, and I don’t want to mess it up at this point.

Normally I get my salmon from a big-box super center in large quantities to portion out, vacuum pack and freeze for later use. But I've often wondered where this salmon comes from and is it my healthiest option.

Making the Food Pyramid Work After Weight Loss Surgery
http://www.gamebike-pro.com/ 2008/ 05/ 20/ making-the-food-pyramid-work-after-we…Making the Food Pyramid Work After Weight Loss Surgery A “normal-tummy” looks at the matter pyramid from the lowermost up - sextet to squad servings of grains, then fruits and vegetables - then the accelerator groups: meat and beans and the concentrate group. The fats, oils and sweets are incidental.
