I AM REPLACING MY PALM ( SPRINT) 700p WITH ANOTHER ONE ( THE PHONE CONNECTION IS DAMAGED( I CAN'T HOT SYNC NOR CONNECT TO LAPTOP WITH PDANET ) HOW DO I TRANSFER MY PROGRAMS FROM THE OLD PHONE TO THE NEW ONE ? I BELIEVE I HAVE A BACK-UP PROGRAM ON THE OLD PHONE.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get these dang ringtones OFF the card and into Sounds. I tried to find them in Ringo... NO good. I don't have ITUNES installed, and I have done a search. It can't be this hard. Thanks in advance and please go step by step.

As the title implies, I'm setting up a new Mac. Just to be safe: that totally screwy Palm Desktop software won't attempt to overwrite the contents of my Treo with a blank slate when I synchronize the two, will it? It is smart enough to know not to delete things?

Bought 700P of Ebay. The case has Verizon labels but when I turn on phone Sprint software comes up. Did I get hosed? Also when i check the software version all it says is "-//105-". Not what should be there according to palm site. Should say "Palm700p" then software version.

I have a 700p but prefer the ringtones on the 650p. I know there is a way to do this but can't remember how. Can someone help?:confused:

I've been using TomTom 6 for many a moon and LOVE it. My maps are getting really outdated so I hopped over to TomTom's website to see about getting new maps...and low & behold, they dont seem to offer TomTom for PALM for the USA anymore.

The BlueAnt SuperTooth 3 has a cool feature where it will automatically upload your phone's contacts. Of course, your phone has to support this feature. If it doesn't, your contacts can be manually transfered to the device.

Can two Palm devices share the same Hot Sync ID using the same desktop? I presently owe a Treo 700p with a lot of purchased software. I'm considering buying a Palm TX handheld and would like to use both devices using the same Hot Sync ID.
