Around here, the fact that director Michael Bay is “awesome” is an often debated and hotly contested topic. And while we cannot all always agree that Bay’s films are top-notch, we can all at least come to terms with one thing (I hope): the fact that Bay knows how to do visual effects.

Are Michael Bay and 3D the new PB&J? A promotional PDF released by Dolby for this year’s ShoWest lists Transformers 2 under 2009’s 3D features alongside well known 3D flicks like AVATAR and Tintin. Bay hasn’t updated his blog to confirm or deny the announcement.

If you haven’t heard the rumor yet about a new transformers, then here is the details. There will be a second Transformers. Sam Witwicky will be the main character again played by Shia LaBeouf and Teresa palmer is rumored to play in the movie as well. Look out for this movie , It will be hitting the Theaters 26 June 2009.

The domain was sold for over $10,000 to an unknown buyer. Weirdly, Transformers producer Don Murphy hasn’t had a rant (and threatened legal action) at this person for selling the domain.
