Dear Manager of Toros, I have recommended a bunch of people to eat at your restaurant. I still frequent your establishment for fresh sashimi and sushi despite the crowds and the prices. However, our last two visits and a recent experience a good friend of mine had is leaving a bad taste in our mouths.
