Hello Beautiful Mamas! This weekend is for YOU. It’s fun to ooh and aah over baby gear and knick-knacks for kids, but sometimes it’s also nice to read about products (and have a chance to win products…) especially for you.

I noticed that quite a number of people had been searching for “free air asia tickets” and had been directed to my older posts. So, instead of letting people hit the wall when they reach here, I thought I’d just do something nice - post details of the free ticket.

I’m one of those rare people who sit squarely in between introvert and extrovert. I’ve taken about a million personality tests (thanks, in part, to my masters degree in counseling) and I’m always right in the middle of those two classifications.

I LOVE traveling. Or, I should really say that I love destinations. Being stuck in a little seat where the air recirculates and the bathrooms are minuscule is not necessarily my idea of fun. Long road trips aren’t much better, especially since Motion Sickness often sneaks into our car and invites himself along (how rude!).

First, I have to tell you…I am not the queen of housework happiness. If you’re looking for her, you should probably go introduce yourself to FlyLady (quite a few of my readers rave about her).   It’s not that I CAN’T cook delicious gourmet meals and maintain a spic-n-span home with sparkling floors and toilets.

Anyone can participate, but this weekend is truly all about girly stuff - aprons and hairclips, romantic movies and pretty things…you get the idea.  Stay tuned for informative articles, lots of opportunities to chat with friends, and fun giveaways! 

As summer approaches, many families have camping on their mind. Tents and RV’s, lakes and mountains, S’mores and campfires, hot dogs on a stick and afternoon hikes, swimsuits and trail mix…something about the great outdoors beckons us.

Thermos is a solid brand and one that I am a huge fan of. Thermos products are well-constructed, nice to look at, and they last through lots of falls and tumbles.  In fact, we recently gave away almost our entire “coffee mug” and tumbler collection because they just couldn’t compare to our new Thermos Element 5 set.

Labor and delivery has been on my mind lately because my incredibly sweet and beautiful sister-in-law is due on June 8. I helped her write her birth plan a few days ago and all of the memories came flooding back.

It’s 78 degrees right now and climbing. This weekend, it’s supposed to reach 97 degrees here in Southern Arizona. Summer is definitely here and it’s time to break out the bubbles, bathing suits, popsicles, tank tops, flip flops, self-tanner, and sunglasses.
