Obama at the Quad EIGHT THOUSAND members of the O.F.B. showed up yesterday at the Memorial Quad at the University of Oregon to listen to Senator Obama. As usual, I feel exhausted after the whole ordeal, and it's always hard to believe that this is mostly from standing and waiting.

Oregon is Voting, Even as We Speak NEXT STOP, Oregon! And that's my beat. Here's a new MTV Choose or Lose blog wherein I lay down just the littlest bit of historia and shed some light on one of the factors that had an influence on how Oregon became the first state to switch entirely to a mail-in ballot system.

How wonderful to get some good news for a change! :) NH Magazine wrote a small article about etsy.com and all the wonderful NH Sellers! They included some pictures of products to give their readers some highlights... Happy House Quilts' little red cupcake brooch was added to the article! I am so proud! I'd be blogging about Sue Shellenbarger's Wall Street Journal article "How Stay-at-Home Moms Are Filling an Executive Niche" even if I wasn't personally involved. But I am proud to say that I am the "Stanford University Ph.D. in neuroscience" in Shellenbarger's piece.
