In my morning scan of the world, Norway's Constitution Day, was part of the catch. The holiday is celebrated on May 17. The Norwegian Constitution was adopted in 1814. May 17 is also the occasion (according to the official Norway site in the US) for "students in their last year of upper secondary school celebrate the end of 13 years of school, even though many still have to pass final exams.

    http://www.sergetheconcierge.com/ 2008/ 05/ on-bike-to-work.html

Many cities celebrate Bike to Work Day 2008 on Friday, May 16. Amongst them the Baltimore metropolitan area which uses the day to kick off their Clean Commute Month. The reason behind it is that May is the beginning of the ground-level ozone season, when we hear about Code Red and Orange Ozone Action Days.

    http://www.sergetheconcierge.com/ 2008/ 05/ japanese-delica.html

Sleep Deprived Anyone? Why I should sleep more?

    http://www.sergetheconcierge.com/ 2008/ 05/ sleep-deprived.html

The only way I catch up is by taking a nap in the morning after the kids are off to school. I had to question my unhealthy schedule and its consequences after reading Sleep deprivation is not a badge of honor (David, Signal vs Noise).
