    Salt Water as Fuel! However, ever the skeptic, I am assuming in this case and in the case I posted yesterday both process require a great deal of power to produce the flame, especially the Radio Frequency emitter, and unless they come up with a way to produce that power with less electricity this is just pie in the sky...but I could be wrong!
