Same concept as the "Back to List" link.

I am unable to include a Contact Name in a mail merge. My logical steps in this process would be to identify the Accounts I wish to mail merge and then identify an individual to mass mail to.

This would eliminate the need for multiple reports for multiple dashboards.

Today they must upload the file to the e-mail and once again upload the file the opportunity and that's not effectively.

If you then want to save a copy of the attachment to your computer, you have to retype the original name of the attachment (or cut and past it in).
