    Easy Caesar Salad

    http://www.kubiertos.com/ blog/ 2008/ 11/ 22/ easy-caesar-salad/

I have always expressed that I could eat Caesar’s Salad all day, and even everyday. My original favorite was TGI Friday’s Chicken Caesar Salad. Then I met CBTL’s yummy Caesar Salad and I was hooked and forgot the old fave. I figured since I love it so much, I might as well learn how to make it.

I don’t know if there could be a less appetizing name for a more delicious food than there is for Speck. When I hear Speck, I think of Star Trek or maybe dust particles - I do not think of spicy smoked ham. I almost dismissed the Speck in this recipe entirely.

    Salad Week

    http://blog.superhealthykids.com/ ?p=1395

Get ready for salad week! During these cold holiday months, when there are lots of heavy comfort foods around, its vital to keep our meals light and full of energy.  Which completley translates into salad for me and the kids!  The kids will eat greens with different fruit on top for a sweeter salad.
