Google - Saint Petersburg Offices November 14th, 2008 by Stephen Well, this is our first trip to Saint Petersburg that I can remember, so we will make the best of it. Google always has outrageously decorated offices with lots of space. This one is no different.

I just remembered that there are lots of photos from Russia that I never posted, so here are a few more. Nevsky Prospect is one of Russia’s most famous streets and St Petersburg’s main thoroughfare. On our last day, the road was closed for resurfacing and open only to pedestrians.

We managed to make it to the evening meal! Instant mash with steak and PRUNES! Margaret enjoyed the combination!We went to see the folklore evening, singing and dancing in a brand new theatre in the hotel. A cast of about 50! It was magnificent! Missed my dinner! My watch was somehow 1 hour slow and we turned up too late! We somehow survived.

The animal biscuits and condensed milk below were my absolute favourite things when I was little.
