Saying no. Feeling awful about saying no.

    http://www.fluentself.com/ blog/ mindful-time-management/ saying-no/

I took a day off yesterday. It wasn’t the fun kind of day off. (Though yeah, it is possible that some fun was had.) It was the kind of day off that you take when you realize that if you don’t stop working right this second you are going to get sick. I was going to have to take my father’s advice.

    1. Shocked! As reported in the news, a trader who turned COOKING GAS CYLINDER into a natural gas vehicle (NGV) storage unit to power his van died hours after the tank exploded at a petrol station. The explosion is believed to have been caused by a spark from the engine, which was running at that time.

    Bondage - the ties that bind…PG 18+

    http://ambermoon.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 10/ 15/ bondage-the-ties-that-bindpg-18/

October 15, 2008 Being tied up really wasn’t something that interested me, but why someone would want to was something I have to say fascinated me.  I couldn’t really understand it because physically  constricting the movement of the body doesn’t cause sexual pleasure, unless it cuts off blood circulation to certain areas making them more sensitive and tender to the touch.

Rope Strength - A Real Safety Issue for Schools

    http://elementaryteacher.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 08/ 08/ rope-strength-a-real-safet…

Knowledge of rope strength safety is important for P. E. teachers, playground planners, administrators, and anyone on a field trip using ropes for any purpose. I never thought about this important issue, until I was reading an article on this issue written by http://xtremesport4u.wordpress.com/ The article is so good, and so important, that I felt I could not do it justice rewriting it.
