#66 - Brideshead Revisited
http://tragicrighthip.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 11/ 66-brideshead-revisited.htmlSometimes, just sometimes, I fall so hard for a book that I would even consider myself a bit strange. It happened with Theft. It happened with Hunger. And now it's happened again with Evelyn Waugh's masterpiece, Brideshead Revisited. I love this book so much that I want to sleep with it under my pillow for weeks.

Announcing Charlotte!
http://www.boulieblog.com/ 2008/ 11/ announcing-charlotte.htmlAnnouncing Charlotte! The second ever Chichiboulie ragdoll. I'm still practicing, as you can see, to find out what works and what doesn't. As I told a friend this weekend, making a cute ragdoll is not an easy task. Making a not so cute ragdoll, well, that it turns out is ever so much easier! Hopefully Charlotte's not too disasterous.

#65 - Oryx and Crake
http://tragicrighthip.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 11/ 65-oryx-and-crake.htmlWhen I first started reading Oryx and Crake about five years ago, I was still working for the evil empire and being bullied by the Boss From Hell. It seems that misery in real life isn't a good bed fellow for post-apocalyptic fiction, so I never made it past the first chapter.

http://www.cattery-index.com/ how-to-care-for-our-ragdoll-cat/How to Care for Your Ragdoll Cat Most first time cat owners usually look out for a breed of cat that is both tame and easy to care for as their first choice of pet. Goodness
http://tragicrighthip.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 11/ goodness.htmlA whole week has gone by and I haven't said a word. I haven't done much after work this week except do more work (freelance, freelance, freelance) and all I've been reading are Harlequin novels (which will add about 20 books to my end of year tally only I won't be reviewing them).

Vikings Recycling?
http://www.boulieblog.com/ 2008/ 11/ vikings-recycling.htmlVikings Recycling? I know, probably not what you would first put together, Vikings and recycling, but it's this week's challenge for the European Street Team on Etsy. I don't often get to participate as I'm more often running around trying to put out proverbial fires and don't get time to be as creative as I would like.

#64 - Blindness
http://tragicrighthip.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 11/ 64-blindness.htmlOver the past few weeks, I've been reading interesting but somewhat bleak fiction. I'm halfway through Oryx and Crake, devoured Hunger and just finished Jose Saramago's Blindness this morning. All three novels deal very strongly with how absence has an effect upon human society.
