I’m guessing that Kilpatrick WILL maintain her lead, since Detroit is often the last one to have precincts come in, and this is where her support will be the strongest, but this is by no means a call for who will win - it’s still WAY too close. Here are the results as of 12:15 A.M.

EDT, here are the results for the millage for the Detroit Zoo: Wayne County (needs 60% to pass) with 933/1236 (75%) precincts: Yes 122,742 76% No 39,401 24% Oakland County with 408/541 (75%) precincts: Yes 99,355 77% No 29,181 23% Macomb County with 322/394 (81%) precinct reporting: Yes 64,413 67% No 31,088 33% So, it’s officially passed.

EDT: Mary Waters 12,308 40% Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick 10,567 34% Martha Scott 7,866 26% Still too close to call, as Kilpatrick has caught up. This is VERY close, but I’m thinking that Wates could actually pull this off.
