Two police stopped him for failing to indicate for a left-hand turn in his four-wheel-drive in Chinatown. For the NSW Crime Commission, this was to prove up the financial proceeds of a crime.

DRINKING a glass of wine in your own home could be illegal under extreme new liquor laws that rubber-stamp the use of no-go alcohol zones in NSW. All kinds of nanny state madness, I guess. Apparently, unlike the NT intervention, it’s up to “communities” to request a no grog zone where even drinking in the home will be banned.

After about 20 minutes of play, and a try on the board for the Waratahs and dominance around the field, I wrote in my notebook: ‘Why have the Waratahs improved so much after their robotic start to the season?’
