I’m in a mood, and I’ve just watched House, so, yeah, totally unnecessary sarcasm abounds.

The ease of Google, the relevance of a good PubMed search

JANE, eTBLAST, and Whatizit

While PubMed searches for “keywords”, our search engine lets you input an entire paragraph and returns MEDLINE abstracts that are similar to it.

She would point out that there was a dictionary close at hand designed exactly for that purpose and invite me to make use of it. I remember asking my father to teach me to program in BASIC.

Making PubMed “Easy”?

Some are wonders of programming, some allow some very neat tricks but none make searching of PubMed easy. That’s a fair criticism, I suppose.
