Nowadays, there are a number of keyword and competitive intelligence tools on the market. One of my favorites, and one that we’ve used for several years now, is Wordtracker. Wordtracker has a database of about 330 million search terms which are updated weekly.

I like to keep an eye on the Top Searches in my Niche which is the “Internet Marketing” or “Make Money Online” Niche. Search Engine Marketing has dominated the search queries for as long as I can remember. Then recently I noticed that “Affiliate Marketing” had moved into the top spot as the most searched term.
