Political Commentary: The World As I See It
http://blabrmouth.com/ political-commentary-the-world-as-i-see-it/It was a fairly depressing weekend if you followed the news. A coordinated terrorist attack in Mumbai captured the majority of the headlines with 170 innocent people murdered over someone else’s war.

http://www.netsquared.org/ blog/ channing/ pentaxploitation-do-photography-and-s…In the 19th century, do-it-yourself x-ray kits became hugely popular as people x-rayed their own boots, hands, and plants (not to mention weirder stuff) to find out what the invisible world really looked like.

The “Kevin Carter” syndrome
http://eyeswideshut.ro/ 2008/ 10/ 28/ the-kevin-carter-syndrome/Remember about Pulitzer prize award winner, photojournalist Kevin Carter? He died in a depression caused, among other factors, by his choice not to help a child escape death’s menace, but to shoot the pic of his life. [here is my article in Romanian].

REAR ENTRIES: Seattle Special
http://www.bucstats.com/ ?p=1773WALLACE TO START FOR SEAHAWKS: In case you haven’t heard yet, Seneca Wallace looks like he’ll get the start for Seattle against the Bucs this Sunday. Matt Hasselbeck is out for the game with what the Seahawks are claiming is a bad back, but what my inside sources are telling me is really Rogaine poisoning.

I Support This Kind Of Animal Cruelty
http://www.bucstats.com/ ?p=1666Jeff Garcia was 15 of 20 for 173 yards for the whole game. In the second half he only threw five times. I realize this is because the Bucs had the lead, but it wasn’t like it was 1-2-3 out after halftime. The Bucs gained 47 yards rushing in the first half and 100 in the second.

No Pressure, No W
http://thepewterplank.com/ 2008/ 10/ 07/ no-pressure-no-w/I made it very clear before the Bucs-Broncos tilt this weekend that the number one key to victory was pressure. I even went so far as to forego my normal pregame write up, and title an article called “Pressure, Pressure, Pressure.” With 0 sacks and 0 hurries, we failed miserably in this regard.

Vultures
http://solarcrash.com/ 2008/ 08/ 20/ vultures/A snapshot of our world. This is the pulitzer prize winning photo by Kevin Carter of a vulture waiting for a young girl to die in southern Sudan. Carter killed himself soon after. What does it mean for us to be the church in light of this? What does it mean to worship God?
