I just finished this book and I absolutely loved it. Couldn't put it down. I've only read one other book by Jodi Picoult and I have to say, she has this way of really making you stop and think about what you would do, what's right, what's wrong...and this book REALLY makes you think.

Ray Liotta and daughter Karsen, 10, were at a benefit for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital recently. Pretty redhead Karsen is Ray's daughter with ex-wife, actress Michelle Grace. Also there were Jodi Sweetin and husband Cody Herpin. And of course, Marlo Thomas was there, too.

Black Bear Diner is one of my favorite breakfast places. I had a morning meal there, last Friday, with Jodi Harris (The CEO of Fun, Sight’n'Sound Events). It’s a relatively small chain of restaurants (38 locations) that feels like a local establishment. Everyone is courteous. They recognized you when you arrive.

After spending this summer mostly focusing on the kids, day job, and catching up on sleep, I was relieved to find my writing mojo again. I’ve had a story idea gelling for quite some time. Not all the components were there, but enough that the characters were beginning to do that demanding to be heard thing characters are so good at.

Don’t even begin to tell me British model Jodie Marsh doesn’t look like the long lost sister of Fivel from Disney’s “Fivel Goes West.” These two are twins!  Just look her widdled nose.  It’s more rodent then human. Factor in all her diseases and it’s really surprising she doesn’t have a leathery tail and live in the sewer.
