I have a NEC NEAX IPS2000 PBX. I want to hook it up to another PBX by creating a trunk between it and the other phone system. I have a SPN-24PRTA-C PRI/T1 card. I believe this will allow me to physicaly connect it to the other system's PRI/t1.

Greetings all. I had a question like this many moons ago HERE but that solution doesn't seem to apply here. I have a virtual line that I want to forward to an extension. Presently, when someone calls this line from the outside it goes to an ACD loop. So I go in to Matworx Studio and I see the Forward to Destination is the ACD Loop.

I am desperate for somebody to point me in the right direction with this outbound fax problem i am having. The Faxserver is sitting behind the PBX and is not sending out faxes successsfully, i can receive faxes OK.

Have a situation were the client has a NEC2000 IPS and a TRBT BRI card interfacing to a Brooktrout tr1034 4 channel BRI card, the software app can receive faxes via the pbx and deliver to users, however if a user trys to send a fax the app displays "Transmission Error" with a status code Receive failure (Phase b) the card is setup for "Central Office", A-Law.

I've got an Neax 2000 IVS2 with two DSS Consoles. I am rearranging the buttons so that they are in numeric order. As a test, I added my extension to an unused DSS button. BLF does not work. I am trying to determine why. I used command 97.

I'm trying to assing 12 characters Mac Address using cm 1290. But I keep getting "DIGIT ERROR". Can someone tell me why I'm getting this error?
