In the recent movie version of I Am Legend the plague that kills off most of the human race starts off as a genetically modified measles virus that was designed as a cure for cancer. Mutation causes the virus to become lethal, rapidly killing off 90% of the human population.

“Politically correct” basically means to not offend anyone. It is impossible to never offend anyone, it is however very possible to go out of ones way every day to try and never offend anyone. This seems to be the major goal most politically correct people shoot for. Personally I find this to be a censorship of sorts.

Richard Matheson's novel I Am Legend tells the story of the last person in the world full of vampires as a result of a disease. Will Smith is starring in the movie version of I Am Legend. The movie takes place in New York whereas the book was in Los Angeles.

I borrowed I Am Legend on DVD the other day, as it was one of those films I wanted to see but never quite got to the cinema while it was out. Having read the book previously, I kind of knew they would have changed the ending, and the reviews I’d read had confirmed that suspicion.

How often are you bored? Hopefully it isn’t nearly as much as I am, but chances are you have been bored at one time or another. So being the pessimist I am, I (with the help of a friend) decided to create a list of things NOT to do when you’re bored: 1. Don’t sit around and eat.

So last night I saw two wonderful movies, but there is one in particular that had me rolling (laughing for those that don't know what that means). So last night I saw I Am Legend (2007) and Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007). I want to talk about Alvin and the Chipmunks cause it was the business, but I'll start with a little something about I Am Legend.

I just peeped the trailer for Will Smith’s upcoming movie Hancock. I thought it looked really good. I’m excited to see how this movie will turn out.  Facts In 2004, his net worth was estimated to be $188 million. In 2007, Forbes Magazine estimated his earnings for the year at $31 million.

I’m a big fan of Science Fiction and Fantasy genre of Literature. In fact, around three-fourths of all my books are Sci-Fi and Fantasy. I purchased most of these books from bargain bookstores like Booksale or any other second-hand bookshop that I come across.
