Sometime in the early spring of 1994 my older brother decided to take in some recently rented cinema. He took advantage of the fact that our parents were out of town, and subsequently had to take care of his still-single-digit sibling.

I started compiling the following list of New releases for 2008. This may not be a complete list, but some much great new music has arrived in 2008, so far, I though it would be a good idea to keep a running tab of what has come out, and what is on the way. The releases through August have been confirmed.

Housing stocks are mostly lower, losing ground for reasons large (a nationwide housing indicator) and small (poor earnings). After a disastrous 2007, homebuilding stocks have recovered in 2008 as investors priced in the potential for a recovery in the market, or at least, something other than another decline in real-estate prices.
