Today Chad and I ran barefoot for 1.45 miles. We got a lot of strange looks but it was interesting and it seemed to work different muscles. My quads usually hurt the worst but today it's my calves. The funny thing is normally I can't run the 1.45 all the way without giving up due to endurance or leg strength.

Today was most beautiful. I wish I had time. I wanted to do a picture about what I spoke on tonight. God is awesome.
