Hillary Duff’s dad, Bob Duff, violated a court order by selling off assets without his ex-wife Susan’s permission, and has been sentenced to 10 days in jail. The court order was set in place during their 2+ year (and still ongoing) divorce battle.

A judge in Texas has ordered the father of actress and singer Hilary Duff to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court. He was hauled off in handcuffs Wednesday during a court hearing after Judge Thomas Stansbury in Houston determined he violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval.
