Thoughts on Legend of the Galactic Heroes 29-56
http://otakuism.animeblogger.net/ 2008/ 08/ thoughts-on-legend-of-the-galactic-h…The Legend continues. Like my last post this is more a collection of thoughts and conjectures on the story thus far. Thoughts on Legend of the Galactic Heroes 1-28
http://otakuism.animeblogger.net/ 2008/ 08/ thoughts-on-legend-of-the-galactic-h…I’ve finished the first batch of Legend of the Galactic Heroes episodes and I just have to say…wow. http://otakuism.animeblogger.net/ 2008/ 07/ im-embarking-on-the-greatest-journey…Watching Legend of the Galactic Heroes Two episodes in and I love it. Manga Makeovers and Other Body Image Cartoon Capers (Part 2)
http://www.shapingyouth.org/ blog/ ?p=1760It’s devil’s advocate day here, as I try to flush out my bias and take a centrist point of view on the cartoon character facelift conundrum, exploring ‘then and now’ from a sociological perspective, with a bit more analysis from yesterday’s post on my own marketing background in terms of branding overhauls.

ReBoot ReBorn
http://dustyhawk.com/ 2008/ 06/ 07/ reboot-reborn/In the year 1994 the greatest cartoon the world had ever seen exploded on to television that lasted until the year 2001. The final episode of this series was a cliffhanger and everyone who became a fan of the series wanted to know what the hell happened to them.

http://news.filefront.com/ etrian-odyssey-ii-heroes-of-lagaard-character-profile…Atlus has revealed a new batch of character profiles from the upcoming Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard. The title for the Nintendo DS is a classic Japanese style RPG. I haven’t played the original Etrian Odyssey, but looking at the story and character design I’m reminded of Square’s Mana series.
