    http://www.sergetheconcierge.com/ 2008/ 05/ on-bike-to-work.html

Many cities celebrate Bike to Work Day 2008 on Friday, May 16. Amongst them the Baltimore metropolitan area which uses the day to kick off their Clean Commute Month. The reason behind it is that May is the beginning of the ground-level ozone season, when we hear about Code Red and Orange Ozone Action Days.

Where Does A Carbon Footprint Calculation Best Let The Customer Make A Postive Choice? While Online Purchasing

    http://www.treehugger.com/ files/ 2008/ 05/ online-carbon-footprint-customer-cho…

We recently wrote about how difficult is for consumers to know which is better: saving gas by purchasing items online; or, reducing one's greenhouse gas "footprint" by avoiding potentially inefficient shipping procedures (especially with reference to wasted packaging and the prevalence of air freight and partial-load deliveries).

    Indoor Air Cleaners

    http://energywise.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 15/ indoor-air-cleaners/

I guess I’m in a writing mood today. Anyway, while I was writing about indoor air pressure, I happen to begin thinking about indoor air cleaners. Indoor air cleaners are great, to a certain extent. They won’t work in the garage with the garage door open. Neither will they work with the windows open.

    Carbon Footprints, Emissions and Offsets

    http://www.samgreyhawk.com/ 2008/ 03/ carbon-footprints-emissions-and-offsets.ht…

Today, it's very common to encounter a variety of terms that include the word "carbon" in the news, in magazines and books. Words like "carbon footprint," "carbon offsets" and "carbon emissions" - but it's not often these terms are actually explained or defined. What is Carbon? Carbon itself is a chemical element.

    Indoor Air Pressure

    http://energywise.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 15/ indoor-air-pressure/

Sir Paul McCartney has a reputation as being very green and eco friendly, yet in his life time he must have flown thousands and thousands of miles all around the world, but we forgive him because he is now making up for it by promoting a green life style.

Feed the little ones PB&J and save the planet

Something like that, at least. When I first heard about the PB&J Campaign, I nearly dismissed the idea out of hand, because the campaign’s goal appears to be to make vegetarians out of us all. We are avowed carnivores in our house, and I have happily eaten veal and lamb.
