We're talking vintage 2004 here - the very first edition of The Griffin's Anniversary cigars.

I have been to the Lilydale Social Club many times and really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the guys that hang out there.

This particular line is sometimes called the “Premium” line to distinguish it from Zarzuela’s milder-bodied “EZ” series released in 2006. Both are made in the Dominican Republic.

The Augusto Reyes family has roots in the Dominican Republic and the Dominican tobacco world going back 150 years and six generations, though much of that time has been in the agricultural and leaf brokerage side of the business rather than in cigar manufacturing.
