Yes, Mike Myers has be contracted to play a part in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming war epic Inglorious Bastards.  He joins Simon Pegg, Brad Pitt, The Office star BJ Novak and Eli Roth. Brad Pitt will star as  Lt. Aldo Raine who will lead a band of soldiers on a daring mission in Nazi occupied France.

Brad Pitt has been officially attached to the new Quentin Tarantino film Inglorious Bastards! Pitt will star as the lead character Aldo Raine. No confirmation yet if Leonardo DiCaprio will play Hans Landa in the film.  Director of the film Hostel, Eli Roth, has been confirmed to play the part of Sgt.

Normally, people dying isn’t funny, but when they do things like stab themselves to death showing off their bullet-proof vest I can’t help but chuckle.  Not that I expect much more from people in Greenville, NC, disrespect intended to our boys at Observationbubble.

On the heels of Quentin Tarantino’s recently announced Inglorious Bastards, we polled Screengrab readers about their favorite QT project to date. As expected, the favorite among our readers was his much feted 1994 Palme d’Or winner and Oscar nominee, Pulp Fiction.

Variety reports that Quentin Tarantino’s new WWII epic Inglorious Bastards is finally finding a home with Universal Pictures: The studio has inked a deal to partner with the Weinstein Co. to bring the World War II drama to the big screen. Having just watched Death Proof for the fourth time (same amount of times for the equally rocking Planet Terror), I thought I'd sit down and actually blog out my theory regarding one aspect of Death Proof, a theory which I've held since I first saw the film.

Say what you will about this often purposely over gabby and over indulgent film, it still leaves some magnificent moments and one seriously amazing car chase.

Last year, if you remember, there was a double feature called Grindhouse.  So of course, i downloaded both movies from it.  I watched the first one, Planet Terror.  It sucked.  A lot.  And i honestly thought it was going to be the better one of the two.  Sucked.   So i kept putting off the second feature, Death Proof.
