Spring Daffodils Earlier this month my daffodils were in full bloom. I have them planted near clumps of red tulips and lavender. They all look beautiful together.

Fair point Auntie Gwen – here goes! My dad is not a detective in any sense of the word, but he knows his daffodils in the same way as he knows all the plants in all their many and variegated forms. This is, therefore, how he came to be involved in a little mystery of the daffodil variety.

It was definitely worth the wait–as well as worth the four hours by train it takes to reach from London.
