Is The Fed Done With Rate Cuts?
http://www.forexbookstop.com/ blog/ ?p=13Today the U.S. Federal Reserve acted to drop both the Fed Funds Rate and the Discount Rate by a quarter point each, dropping the rates to 2.00% and 2.25% respectively. Unlike previous rate cuts, this one was NOT unanimous. 2 members (Richard W. Fisher and Charles I. Plosser) voted against any further cuts.
