They are passing a bill and petition for sale of mammals to be banned in petshops, markets etc. as there are too many irreesponsible pet owners dumping their unwanted impulse buys. The buy-on-impulse and dump-when-it-becomes-uncute phenomenon is worldwide.

From the SPCA appeals, I recognised 2 of the cats as mostly Pasir Ris Town Park cats. The black one and the 1st cat. The care-taker must be devastated. imagine your hard-work gone just like that! I don’t think E knows yet as she didn’t speak to me about this.
