http://www.theaudacityofdope.com/ 2008/ 08/ 26/ rainstorm-xiv/As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes: 400m run 30 kettlebell swings 15 dive bomber pushups I got 5 rounds even. That was my first time doing dive bomber pushups, they’re no joke. If you don’t have kettlebells handy at your gym, you can use dumbbells. This is a good workout, it’ll drop you. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.
