Big day--I got three cards made! Tonight I'm sharing a simple one, a little bird singing with all its heart. I chose two of the new Rubber Soul images, Good Tidings and Song Bird, along with Meadow's Edge paper and an aqua cardstock base. I stamped the image in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, then colored with Copic markers in BG11, BG32, YG03, and Y00.

Happy Monday Everyone! I missed posting yesterday but I was just finishing up this project and was excited to share it with you! I thought this made a really cute primitive swag you could hang from a mantle at Thanksgiving time. I know I have tons of stuff for Christmas on my mantle but admit it is a little bare other times of the year.

I was able to make a few cards yesterday with all my new loot! So I thought I would work on Jen's LCWC #11. I used some of my new DP and embellishments. Not 100% sold on this one, but I think it is okay. I do love those snowflakes though! I also used my new Snowdots Cuttlebug folder that I picked up from Littlec's.

Here it is Monday and time for another House Mouse & Friends Challenge! This week's challenge is to make a Halloween card. If you do not have a Halloween House Mouse, Gruffies or Happy Hoppers stamp that's okay! Just use a Halloween theme when it comes to papers and embellishments.

Little Boy-Bot Card My son keeps looking at all of the cards and wondering where the boy cards are. Today I made a monogrammed card especially for him. He loves the Cosmo Cricket Cogsmo papers and blackboard, so I thought that I would incorporate them, along with his first initial and some descriptive words to his liking.

This Thursday I go to the second session of my quilting class. I have Nichole to thank for sparking such an interest in quilting in me. It was her beautiful Quilter's Sampler set that won me over. So here I am, packing my supplies for quilt class! Can you believe it?
