    http://www.1000dollarfilm.com/ cinequest-deadline-looms/ news/ 2008/ 07/ 22/

For those of you who fancy your chances in screenwriting contests, the deadline for Cinequest is about ten days away… which means one last chance to give that favorite script a sweep before entering. I’m not a great fan of screenwriting contests, but as both Bobby Moresco (Crash, Million Dollar

    Amargosa

    Cinequest 18 Wraps

    http://www.fest21.com/ blog/ cinequest/ cinequest_18_wraps

Monday, March 10, 2008—Discovery isn’t always a good thing. A pair of American indie films—the world premiere of Paul Leuer’s EDEN COURT and the San Francisco Bay Area debut of Charles Oliver’s TAKE—served as weak bookends for the 18th edition of the Cinequest Film Festival.

    http://sanjose.metblogs.com/ 2008/ 03/ 10/ all-good-thingscinequest/

    Cinequest: India in California

    http://sanjose.metblogs.com/ 2008/ 03/ 09/ cinequest-india-in-california/

The “friendly man at Cinequest” had pointed me to Amal, after inquiring which country I am from. An Indian movie (actually Canadian, set in India) at Cinequest was a pleasant surprise. Also, it was a very useful input for me when I was wondering which movies to watch at the festival.

My Very Own Episode of Amnesia

    http://randomcuriosity.com/ journal/ archives/ 001437.html

(Or, I Think My Brain is Out to Get Me) The following account is true, but the names have been changed for two reasons: my own amusement and common sense. http://sanjose.metblogs.com/ 2008/ 03/ 06/ superheroes-cinequest/
