Rich Chocolate & Orange Mousse and a Thank You!
http://bakerette.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ rich-chocolate-orange-mousse-and-thank.…, I think what is great about keeping a blog is that it provides structure to our otherwise cluttered life. Everyday when I go to sleep I always make a mental list of the things I need to do the next day, make my sons weekly purees, or clean out my closet, get an assignment ready for a class.

Mousse in a tower!
http://cakesbyrosa.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 07/ mousse-in-a-tower/As every chef worth his salt knows, all food should be served in a tower. It was with this in mind that Hamish and I prepared chocolate mousse on Friday for a friend’s birthday. Chocolate Mousse
http://winterskieskitchenaglow.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ chocolate-mousse.htmlThe first chocolate mousse I ever ate came out of a box. Melting Moments ... Literally !
http://aapplemint.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ melting-moments-literally.htmlI'd definitely give this a 0/10 for presentation. I cannot tell you how ashamed i am to even share this you. God knows i tried to make a pretty one. Unfortunately for me Ghana is going though a crazy heat wave, and the weather is so harsh its almost impossible to work with desserts that need to be chilled or set.

Mmmmmmmud Pie
http://www.slashfood.com/ 2008/ 04/ 24/ mmmmmmmud-pie/Filed under: Dessert, Chocolate, Recipes First of all, please note how many "Ms" there are in the name of this dessert. If you spell it with 6 Ms or 8 Ms and then try to make it, it probably won't come out right. You've been warned. It's Mmmmmmmud Pie, and it comes from Gale Gurd.

Triple Chocolate Mousse
http://www.kubiertos.com/ blog/ 2008/ 04/ 06/ triple-chocolate-mousse/Ever since my constant eating companion went AWOL on me (wink!), I have not gone out to eat at all. I mostly stayed at my desk and befriended the trusty microwave at the office pantry. I guess I missed a lot during those bagged lunch days because I saw some new additions to the classic confections menu when I recently visited.

It's National Chocolate Mousse Day!
http://www.slashfood.com/ 2008/ 04/ 03/ its-national-chocolate-mousse-day/Filed under: Snacks, Dessert, Dairy, Recipes, Holidays This is a really weird holiday. I'm fine with the "chocolate" part of it, but I can't imagine eating this without getting tiny hairs or a tail stuck in my teeth. Oh, it's chocolate mousse. I had an Emily Litella moment there. It's National Chocolate Mousse Day.
