In part two of our child star series, we find out what ever happened to JTT and Punky Brewster and gaze into our crystal ball to predict the future for these former celebrities.

As any adult actor knows, there’s no surer way to fade into the background than to share the stage with a kid. Child actors have dominated movies since the first cameras started rolling. Most disappeared when puberty reared its ugly head, but their youthful images remain frozen in the memories their famous roles created.

I hope they have access to Babble in Romania. With the economy the way it is, I'm thinking a move to South Central Europe is in order. At least there my 3-year-old could be making some big bucks to keep Mommy and Daddy in the lifestyle to which we've become accustomed (and yes, by lifestyle I mean the Noggin-watching, orange juice-drinking, early morning-rising life of parenting).

The little girl in the photo above is a living Goddess in Nepal. She is three years old and will live in some temple, pretty much in isolation until she reaches puberty and loses her Deity status. She will be worshipped by Hindus and Buddhists as an incarnation of the powerful Hindu deity Taleju.
