Following hot on the heels of the production 2010 Chevy Camaro coupe reveal, we get a good look at a 2010 Chevy Camaro convertible roaming the streets of Victoria, Australia. The lovely blue beast has us all reconsidering GM's direction on the car as it features the hood intake present on the Camaro concept, but nowhere to be seen on the production model.

Chevrolet has reintroduced the Camaro for 2010. Built on GM’s new, global rear-wheel-drive architecture, the Camaro is offered in V-6-powered LS and LT models, as well as the V-8-powered SS. All models and powertrain combinations include fuel-saving six-speed transmissions.

GM has now released a pair of pictures depicting the 2011 Camaro Convertible, again in pre-production form. The Camaro Coupe is set to go on sale in North America during the first quarter of 2009 with the soft-top Convertible following a year after.

GM today released some official teaser photos showing a pre-production 2010 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. The images follow the leak of two similar photos in late March, which also showed the nearly completed Camaro drop-top.
