Carrot Cake Cookies

While that is the selling point for most, it makes me recoil in revulsion. However, the cookie itself, is alright by me. If you are anti cream cheese like me, make these for your friends.

They threw a little birthday lunch in honor of my son’s and niece’s birthdays; both turn nine this month.
