I can set a bp in C code ok. My makefile will produce .elf and .coff but I’m not sure what AVRStudio downloads to the target when you go “Start Debugging”. Let’s assume that you have written some regular C code, and let Studio4 do the build with its own makefile. Do not check external makefile.
