Dan Buettner hasn't discovered the fountain of youth, but he has some pretty good clues on living a longer, healthier life after years of studying what he calls "blue zones" -- areas of the world where longevity and health go hand in hand.

The Vitality Compass Challenge - You Want Dat Wit?**

    http://www.fertilitynotes.com/ 2008/ 04/ 29/ the-vitality-compass-challenge-you-…

I did it. I took Healthbolt’s Vitality Compass Challenge. In fact, I actually took it twice. Once including my cancer diagnosis (even though it was 20+ years ago) in my answers; the second time not. Confessing my cancer actually gave me a lesser “biological age” (27.5 vs. 28.7).

    Which direction am I headed?

    http://curageousideas.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ which-direction-am-i-headed.html

I've been on the road again and today I flew home from Denver, Colorado. So in a geographical sense, I guess I was headed West. But that's not quite the question I'm really asking. Please bear with me for a few minutes...... While in Denver today, I picked up a copy of a USA Today newspaper that someone had left around the gate area.
