Hey Stackers, I own a blackberry 8820 from T-Mobile, and lately I have been noticing that that hourglass appears alot more frequently than it has before, I know this is probably a memory issue but does anyone know how to make this stop or appear less frequently, maybe if there is an app to help free up memory or whatever the case is I just need some help please...

I recently upgraded my 8800 to the new OS - 4.5.0.81 - however I am still not able to get any form of streaming working! I have tried searching the forums here but only some people seem to have this problem and for others it works fine.

If I click with the scroll wheel my 8800 decides its a better idea to type "Uo" and if I try to hit the return button it would much rather type "Hl". I have no idea what is going on with this phone, but if you think about it for a second, I CANT DO ANYTHING with it, not even open emails if I cant click the trackball.

Hello, thank you in advance for all your help. I am thinking about getting a new blackberry 8820 from T-Mobile. right now I have the Blackberry pearl. I liked the phone, when it was working. I have had 2 pearls. 2 had to be replaced. The problem i kept coming upon was the fact that after a while of use, the trackball would stop rolling up or down.

So, I haven't used my 8800 for a while and have run into a problem. When I put the battery in it gives me one Red LED Blink. Then nothing. It was on the charger for 20min. And nothing. What can/should I do? Thanks in advance.

I am usually a guy that likes to upgrade to the latest and greatest version of Everything. I upgraded to Vista and saw that it was not for Me, I then upgraded my Blackberry to OS 4.5 and had some problems, I then posted a post here and got my answer. I now have OS 4.5 and Blackberry Maps.

Hi I have just bought a blackberry 8800, it really nice, very intuative part from the diary entries. At the moment i still use my o2 exec which displays entries as 12.00 to 12.45 Mr Phoo 12.45 to 13.30 Mr Jones 13.30 to 14.30 Mr Smith The Blackberry shows it as 12.00 Mr Phoo 12.45

Hi guys, This is going to take some hacking or some soldering surgery, I can tell. A while back my USB port broke, I bought a charging cradle and that solved the problem of charging the phone. The issue since then was back up the phone, without the USB port I couldnt connect to my computer.
