    http://zigglescraps.com/ ?p=127

Hello!  How was everyone’s weekend?  We had a really nice, relaxing, quiet weekend and I’m feeling very refreshed!  Today I took Zoe to the movies and we saw Igor.  It was really cute and Zoe liked it.

    Making of ‘Bees’

    http://www.paulbettany.net/ ?p=1201

Good news for those of you (like me!) who live in the US and don’t get HBO: the making-of feature for The Secret Life of Bees will also air a few times on BET.  See the TV schedule for dates and times.  =)

    Honey Heaven

    http://writefromkaren.com/ 2008/ 10/ 05/ honey-heaven/

Isn’t it funny how you can drive by something a million times and STILL not really SEE it? While the husband and I were out for our weekly lunch date (which I think we’re going to make bi-weekly from now on. Why? The Bees Are Buzzing This Month

    http://lisacwrites.com/ 2008/ 10/ bees-are-buzzing-this-month.html

This month the movie, The Secret Life of Bees is coming out and I'm going to see it with a good friend of mine. She called me last night so excited and told me she finished reading the book and loved it! I contemplated for a moment whether or not I should attempt to read it in between all of the reading assignments I already have for school but decided it would be best not to.

Felicia Matlosz: Urban Dare: We dared, we hustled ... but how did we do?

    http://www.fresnobeehive.com/ archives/ 2008/ 10/ urban_dare_we_d.html

We did not finish last. Let me just get that out of the way. Fellow Fresno Bee reporter, Anne Dudley Ellis, and I did not suck at Urban Dare. We put our game faces on and became intense Urban Dare warriors, with a great assist from our "lifelines" via cell phones -- Bee reporters Cyndee Fontana and Paula Lloyd.
