    I have mail@charter.net and I just got vista home premium with windows mail and i set my pop3 so i could transfer my mail over to windows mail I got my messages but they are no longer in my charter box and I want the messages to be in both places?     Windows mail stops working error

    I received a microsoft word animation file from a trusted friend. After double clicking to open the file in windows mail I received an error message that windows mail had stopped working and would restart. I had to sign in again and proceeded to open the message.
